Details

The dimensions for the Squat Soles™ Heel Inserts are 13 cm x 5.5 cm x 2 cm. A black net layer is on the top to provide more breathability, with a thin layer of white memory foam underneath which makes them more comfortable. The remaining part of the heel insert is made of EVA, a lightweight but solid material to ensure stability in your squat. Place the insert below or above the sole that already is in your shoe.

Sizing

The Squat Soles™ Heel Inserts have been tested in a large number of shoes and fit best in shoes sizing from EURO 36 (US Women's 5.5 and US Men's 4) to EURO 41 (US Women's 10 and US Men's 8.5). Other than sizing, these inserts fit in all types of shoes. In larger shoes, it can often be beneficial to place the inserts below the soles.
